Randazzo Properties is one of Darwin’s largest and most experienced commercial property developers and managers. With our strong track record of working with local companies to deliver, fit out and manage our properties, the seamless end-to-end service we provide consistently ensures top quality developments and customer service for all our clients.

A family business, Randazzo Properties has been owned and operated by the Randazzo family for over 60 years. Over the decades, we have been involved in the development and management of major projects throughout the Top End, including the Goyder Centre and Highway House in Palmerston, the Mitchell Centre, TCG Centre, 9 Cavenagh Street and 66 Smith St in Darwin and the Randazzo Centre in Katherine.

Our History
A true Territory success story

Tony Randazzo, founder of the Randazzo Properties Group, arrived in Australia in 1951 during the post-WWII immigration wave, leaving his home country of Italy at the age of 16 in the hopes of creating a better future for himself on the other side of the globe. After a three-year stint picking tomatoes, working in sawmills and generally doing whatever work he could find in Perth, Tony moved to Darwin in 1954 and immediately became involved in the Territory’s growing construction industry.

He soon began his own construction company, Randazzo Constructions, which became the largest general builder in Darwin from the late 1950s through to 1978. During this period, Tony oversaw the transition of the business from construction to property development. Since then, Randazzo Properties has been a leading force in shaping the Territory and helping it achieve greater success.

Carlo Randazzo
Carlo RandazzoDirector
Carlo Randazzo is a graduate of the University of WA with a Bachelor of Law and of Yale University with a Master’s degree in Public and Private Management. He is also a registered builder (unrestricted) and has been with the corporation since 1995.

In the period he has been with the corporation, he has worked extensively in both construction and property management.
Before joining Randazzo Properties, Carlo practised law primarily in the commercial law area.

Carlo currently holds the position of Honorary Vice Consul of Italy for the Northern Territory, and has previously occupied board positions for several not-for-profit organisations, including the Darwin Symphony Orchestra.

Paolo Randazzo
Paolo RandazzoDirector
Paolo Randazzo is a graduate from Curtin University (WA) with a Bachelor of Business in Financial Management & Economics. He is also a registered builder (unrestricted) and holds a real estate licence. He has been with Randazzo Properties since 1992, prior to which he worked in the banking industry for the ANZ.

In the period he has been with the corporation, he has worked extensively in both construction and property management.
He has also held positions within the Minister for Lands, Planning & Environment – Development Industry Reference Group, was a board member of the Property Council of Australia (NT Division) as well as Darwin City Promotions.

Paolo currently sits on a number of boards and committees including that of the Cancer Council (NT Division) of which he is a former Chair.

Johanne Keys
Johanne KeysChief Financial Officer
Johanne graduated with a Bachelor of Business with a major in Accounting in 1990 and has more than 30 years of business experience across the manufacturing, accounting services, not-for-profit and property management industries.

Johanne has been with Randazzo Properties for over 10 years. In that time, Johanne has been responsible for overseeing the Finance and Administration departments, managing budgeting processes and cash flow requirements and monitoring customer relations.

Terry Waldron
Terry WaldronFacilities & Project Manager
Terry has been our Facilities Manager since early 2012. He is responsible for the management of services and maintenance works for the buildings managed by us and leads a team of staff and contractors that are dedicated to delivering the premium quality service expected by our clients.

Since joining Randazzo Properties, Terry has undertaken several project management and property management training. He has implemented several IT and procedural upgrades and has been responsible for the project management of tenancy fitouts and building upgrades.
